With a signed contract, rates will not
increase without 30 day written notice to monthly customers. The
right is reserved to refuse service to a customer, and to cancel
service within 30 days written notice. In the event service is
canceled or refused, the customer is not liable for charges for the
previous 30 days. Customers assume all responsibility for internet
access fees, telecommunications charges, long distance calls, and
toll calls. Customers failing to pay the monthly fee by the 5th
business day of the month will receive notice of termination of
service with 5 business days from the date of the notification.
Customers discontinued for non-payment are required to pay a
one-time, non-refundable reinstatement fee of
$50.00.
